Sales reps here are fabulous and friendly. Store is a bit on the smaller side but still has a great selection that feels well-curated. Staff is very helpful with placing online orders to get you the right product in the right size.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hannah (I believe that was her name) was a sweetheart. After we came into the store, it seemed like they were inundated with customers! I hope that we were able to bless their business!

I love this store! It’s a little smaller compared to some other free people stores I’ve been to but still had a great selection. What makes this location stand out is their amazing staff. The girls here were so nice and helpful, and gave me lots of great personalized recommendations. 10/10 would visit this store again if I’m ever in the baltimore area.

The best in store experience I’ve ever had! I was frantically looking for “getting ready outfits” for my bridesmaids. I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed help. Rita, Emily and Tierney were amazing! From showing me every size available in the store, to adding name tags on each of the shirts, and beautifully packing the shirts...I was blown away by the customer service! This will be such a great wedding memory for me thanks to Kayla and her team. I can’t wait to shop here again soon!

I walked in, an employee asked if I needed help, and I explained that my daughter was here for a dance convention and had left her top for improv at home and that I needed something to go over her top that was see through. In a minute I had several options in front of me, got what I needed, and was back in plenty of time. We are so grateful and her look was gorgeous!

Wonderful customer service!! After my gift card suffered water damage two of the numbers were lost and I was having trouble figuring it out for months. I spoke to an employee at this location, and got the issue resolved the day of :) The employee here went above and beyond — so grateful!

This FP location is my favorite. The store is clean, well stocked, and beautifully organized. The workers are incredibly kind, Whitney helped me find a pair of jeans. She made me feel welcomed, and was very helpful. Headquarters should use this store as their standard for excellence!

Free People has the best customer service. I shop online a lot, and have a bunch of returns when I order multiple sizes when I don't know what will work - and feel bad about that (but know I shouldn't). Never once have the girls there made me feel bad about that. (And you know it happens at other stores.) They're always so friendly and accommodating. The only draw back is many things are overpriced for the quality, which I've been told remote customer service might be helpful with, though i haven't tried that yet. Thanks for being nice to me, especially the times i feel out of place in your "girlie girl" stores, FP!

This FP store is absolutely my fav spot. Assistants very welcoming and friendly. Shut up Maddie she was very helpful and professional! My kids even enjoy stay at the store while I'm shopping there.
